Who we are SUQU (速驱) is a China-based manufacturer and exporter of off-road motorcycles, electric bikes, ATVs and UTVs. This policy explains how we handle information collected on suqucn.com.

What we collect

• Information you submit: name, email, company, country, position and your message (plus a phone number only if you choose to type one).
• Technical information used for security and operation, such as IP address and browser type in server security logs.
• Approximate country/region inferred from your IP address: used for statistics and for language/content optimisation. We do not store precise location and do not use it to identify you.
• Analytics cookies: Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity. These load only after you accept cookies where consent is required.
• First-party anonymous journey: after analytics is allowed, we create a random anonymous session ID in the browser. We store the page paths visited, approximate active time on a page, WhatsApp-click events, inquiry ID (if you submit a form), and coarse country for at most 7 days. We do not store the raw anonymous ID, IP address, user-agent, name or phone in this journey table, and we do not use it for cross-device identification.
• Long-term anonymous aggregates: after the detailed journey expires, we keep daily counts by country and page (sessions, page views, approximate active time, WhatsApp and inquiry-session counts) for up to 730 days. These aggregates contain no anonymous session ID or inquiry ID and cannot reconstruct one person's journey.

How we use it To answer your inquiry and prepare quotations, to follow up on your request, and to understand which pages and journeys are useful so we can improve them. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with Our email service provider and the analytics providers listed above, strictly to operate this website and respond to you. The first-party anonymous journey and aggregates stay on our own server. We do not pass your details to other buyers or use them for third-party advertising.

Where it is stored Inquiry records and anonymous journey data are stored on our servers in China. By submitting a form you agree to this transfer.

How long we keep it Inquiry records are kept as long as needed for business and legal purposes. Anonymous journey details are deleted after 7 days; after that we can no longer link the pages to an inquiry. Identifier-free daily aggregates may remain for up to 730 days. You can ask us to delete an inquiry at any time.

Your rights You can ask us to access, correct or delete the information you sent us, or withdraw your consent, by email or WhatsApp (see the Contact page).

Updates We will update this page when our practices change. The effective date is shown on this page.
