FAQs & Trade Terms
Are you a factory or a trading company?
Integrated manufacturing and trading: we run our own off-road vehicle production lines alongside a network of deeply integrated partner factories, all under unified quality control and pricing. Founded in 2026, Chongqing Suqu International Trade Co., Ltd. focuses on global exports—backed by a team with 15 years of foreign trade experience. We welcome on-site factory audits or scheduled video inspections.
What is your MOQ?
Sample orders and small trial batches are supported. Standard-order MOQs vary by model—please refer to the respective product page for details (most models start at 8 units). OEM/ODM customization and full-container orders are confirmed individually based on the project plan.
Can you provide samples? What are the charges?
Yes, samples are priced by model and configuration. The sample fee is fully deductible from your bulk order. Sample lead time is approximately 15–20 days, with exact timelines confirmed for each specific model.
What is the delivery time?
Approximately 15 days lead time for standard models; 15–20 days for samples. OEM/custom and full-container orders are scheduled and confirmed based on production planning.
Payment Methods and Financial Security
We support T/T, L/C, credit card/PayPal, and Alibaba Trade Assurance for secure transactions. The exact payment ratio and terms are subject to the contract or platform order confirmed by both parties.
What is your warranty policy?
Standard models are covered by a full-unit warranty, excluding wear parts. Warranty coverage and duration vary by model and are specified in the contract. More favorable terms can be negotiated for bulk orders.
Do you offer OEM/ODM services? Are our drawings kept confidential?
Yes. Customization is available for colors, decals, logos, packaging, and configurations—from small trial orders to full-container shipments. All drawings and custom solutions are developed exclusively for your project. We are happy to sign an NDA and will not disclose or reproduce them for any third party.
How do you ensure quality?
Every unit undergoes 100% full inspection before shipment, with a quality inspection report attached. A dedicated team of 11–20 QC inspectors is stationed on-site throughout production to ensure strict quality control. We also welcome physical factory audits or scheduled video audits at your convenience.
How quickly will you respond? What languages do you support?
All inquiries receive a response and quote within 24 hours on business days. We support six languages: Chinese, English, Spanish, French, Arabic, and Russian—and are always reachable on WhatsApp.
How does shipping work?
We offer both full container load and LCL shipping, with flexible export from all major Chinese ports. Available terms: FOB, CFR, CIF, EXW, CIP, DDP. Select popular models are in stock at our U.S. warehouse for faster delivery.
What is the difference between an ATV and a UTV, and how do I choose between them?
ATVs (All-Terrain Vehicles) and UTVs (Utility Vehicles) are two types of vehicles with different structures. They differ in how they are operated: an ATV is ridden like a motorcycle, with the rider straddling the vehicle and using body movement for steering, while a UTV features a steering wheel and seats, operates more like a small car, and is equipped with a roll cage and seat belts. They also differ in primary use: ATVs are agile and well-suited for solo off-road riding, such as trail riding, forest paths, or sand dunes for recreation, whereas UTVs offer more space and can carry cargo or multiple passengers, making them suitable for work scenarios such as farm operations, campus patrols, or construction site commuting. The choice depends on your application: if you ride for personal enjoyment and prioritize handling and terrain capability, choose an ATV; if you need to haul cargo, carry passengers, or perform agricultural work, choose a UTV. SUQU offers models in both product lines. Specifications and pricing vary by specific model, and OEM/ODM customization is supported.
How should I choose between fuel-powered and electric ATVs or off-road vehicles?
Fuel-powered models are easy to refuel, offer longer range, and deliver linear power output, making them suitable for long-distance or off-road use in environments where charging conditions are limited; they do require routine maintenance. Electric models are quiet, emit zero emissions, and are simpler to maintain, making them ideal for noise-sensitive settings and short-distance, high-frequency use; they need to be charged according to the model's requirements. Budget and operating costs, as well as local noise and emission regulations, can also influence the choice. We suggest you tell us your primary use scenarios, and we will match you with the appropriate solution from our product lines. Both fuel-powered and electric products are available. Parameters are subject to the specific model, and we do not overstate performance.
